Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards Master Card, and Visa, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we start processing it right away, so we’re unable to cancel or change it.
If you no longer need your order, you can submit a turn request. We’re here to help if you need assistance!

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we can’t make changes to an order once it’s placed. However, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it if needed. Just let us know how we can assist!

Do you ship to the EU?

Absolutely! We ship to all EU countries

Do you ship out side the EU?

At the moment, we only ship within Europe. If you have friends or family in these regions, you can always have your order sent to them!

How long will my orders take to arrive?

Orders usually ship within 2-4 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once
your order is on its way. Delivery times vary depending on your location. On average your order should arrive within 9 days.

How can I track the status of my order?

We’ve got you covered! We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping is free across all of Italy.

For other countries, shipping costs vary and will be calculated at checkout.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please email us at contact@moxyway.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 14 days of receiving your order. We’re here to help and will make it right!

What’s your return policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are unopened and unused. If the items don’t meet these criteria, they’ll be sent back to you. If you’ve received a faulty item, please reach out to us with your order details and a photo, and we’ll assist you right away.

How do I make a return?

To start a return, visit our return portal. You’ll need your email and order number. We’ll notify you once your return request is approved or rejected and provide the next steps.

How soon will I receive my refund?

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund. It may take up to 72 hours for the refund to appear in your account after being issued.

Are the cups dishwasher safe?

We recommend hand washing only, as the decorative elements may be damaged in a dishwasher.

What sizes are available for T-shirts?

Our T-shirts are available in sizes M and L. If you need help choosing the right size, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to assist.

How do I unsubscribe from receiving promotional emails?

If you’d like to stop receiving our emails, just click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails. You’ll be removed from our mailing list right away.
