Shipping Cost and Delivery Options

We currently offer standard shipping only. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and delivery address within Italy or the European Union. No express or same-day options are available at this time.

Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery within Italy typically takes 2 to 5 business days after processing.

For other EU countries, delivery times range from 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination.

These delivery times are estimates only. External factors such as courier delays, national holidays, or weather conditions may occasionally affect delivery schedules.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to Italy and countries within the European Union.

We do not offer shipping to countries outside the EU.

Please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate. MoxyWay is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Customs and Import Duties

Orders shipped within the EU typically do not incur customs duties. However, if your local postal or customs authority applies any additional fees, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have any questions about import regulations.

Risk of Loss

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you as the buyer. MoxyWay is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@moxyway.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier whenever possible.
