§2 Scope
- These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales contracts concluded between the customer and MoxyWay via the online store at www.moxyway.com.
- These Terms apply to both consumers and entrepreneurs unless otherwise stated.
- Conflicting or deviating terms and conditions from the customer will not be recognized unless explicitly agreed upon.
§3 Contract Language and Storage of Terms
- The contract language is Italian.
- These Terms can be viewed and printed anytime from our website.
- We do not store the full contract text. You are advised to save a copy before completing the order.
- After completing your purchase, the order details and applicable policies will be emailed to you.
§4 Subject of the Contract
- The subject of the contract is the sale of physical products, especially T-shirts and glass cups.
- Product offers on the website represent a binding offer to conclude a contract.
- The contract is concluded by clicking “Place Order” after filling out the checkout form.
- After the order, you will receive a confirmation email.
§5 Payment
- Prices are displayed in euros (€).
- Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout.
- Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other options available via Shopify Payments.
- Payment must be made at the time of ordering.
§6 Delivery, Restrictions, and Shipping
- Delivery is available only within Italy.
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 working days after payment.
- Shipping is carried out via national courier services. Delivery times range from 2 to 5 business days.
- No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
- Shipping does not include PO Boxes.
- During peak periods (e.g. holidays), delays may occur.
- Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order.
§7 Right of Withdrawal
- Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- To exercise this right, send a clear email to contact@moxyway.com within 14 days.
- Returned goods must be:
- Unused and in original condition

Returned at the customer’s expense
- Customized or used products are not eligible for return.
- We recommend using tracked shipping. Responsibility for the return lies with the customer until it is received.
- To initiate a return, request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by email.
- Refunds are issued within 7 business days after receiving the returned items.
