§2 Scope

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales contracts concluded between the customer and MoxyWay via the online store at www.moxyway.com.
  2. These Terms apply to both consumers and entrepreneurs unless otherwise stated.
  3. Conflicting or deviating terms and conditions from the customer will not be recognized unless explicitly agreed upon.

§3 Contract Language and Storage of Terms

  1. The contract language is Italian.
  2. These Terms can be viewed and printed anytime from our website.
  3. We do not store the full contract text. You are advised to save a copy before completing the order.
  4. After completing your purchase, the order details and applicable policies will be emailed to you.

§4 Subject of the Contract

  1. The subject of the contract is the sale of physical products, especially T-shirts and glass cups.
  2. Product offers on the website represent a binding offer to conclude a contract.
  3. The contract is concluded by clicking “Place Order” after filling out the checkout form.
  4. After the order, you will receive a confirmation email.

§5 Payment

  1. Prices are displayed in euros (€).
  2. Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout.
  3. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other options available via Shopify Payments.
  4. Payment must be made at the time of ordering.

§6 Delivery, Restrictions, and Shipping

  1. Delivery is available only within Italy.
  2. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 working days after payment.
  3. Shipping is carried out via national courier services. Delivery times range from 2 to 5 business days.
  4. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
  5. Shipping does not include PO Boxes.
  6. During peak periods (e.g. holidays), delays may occur.
  7. Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order.

§7 Right of Withdrawal

  1. Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  2. To exercise this right, send a clear email to contact@moxyway.com within 14 days.
  3. Returned goods must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • Returned at the customer’s expense
  4. Customized or used products are not eligible for return.
  5. We recommend using tracked shipping. Responsibility for the return lies with the customer until it is received.
  6. To initiate a return, request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by email.
  7. Refunds are issued within 7 business days after receiving the returned items.
