Right of Return
You have the right to return your items within 14 days of receiving them. The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as you received them, and in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or custom items are not eligible for return.
Conditions of Return Goods
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Products should be in their original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number.
- If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.
Return Process

- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return (optional).
Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item(s). You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item(s) were defective or damaged.
Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
